The last few years have been particularly challenging for everyone, Covid-19 has impacted us all in various ways, whether this is consciously known or at a subconscious level. We have all had to adjust our way of life and as we slowly get back to a ‘new normal', we need to be mindful of our well being and to take that extra care of ourselves. Talking through any worries, concerns or anxieties that may have started is a great way to put things into perspective and support our mental health.
